Mike has a broad-based environmental and energy-related practice, with a focus on transactional matters, regulatory compliance counseling and permitting, administrative, civil, and criminal environmental defense, and remediation-based project oversight and assistance.
Nicole Wilkinson provides strategic direction and enterprise oversight of environmental compliance programs for CVS Health. This includes regulatory compliance, permitting, EHS management systems, program development, emergency response, waste minimization and sustainability initiatives. Nicole focuses on integrating and operationalizing environmental compliance programs in support of business operations at over 9800 retail pharmacies, 20 Distribution Centers, 1100 Minute Clinics, 37 Specialty and Mail Order Pharmacies, 90 Infusion Pharmacies, and 160 Long Term Care Pharmacies.
Prior to joining CVS Health, she managed compliance programs for Dominion Power generation facilities in the Northeast and Midwest including the permitting and construction of air pollution control and cooling tower projects at the Brayton Point Power Station. Nicole spent ten years of her career as a civil & environmental engineering consultant helping commercial and industrial clients with innovative solutions for site design and environmental permitting services.
Nicole is a member of the NAEM Board of Directors and participates on the NAEM EHS Forum annual planning committee. She holds a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Roger Williams University and a M.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Rhode Island.
