Group Rates

 

Discounted rates are available for groups of five or more in-house EHS managers from the same company as well as non-profit, international and government attendees. To take advantage of these rates, contact NAEM at (202) 986-6616 ext. 104 or e-mail virginia@naem.org.

How to Receive Continuing Education Credit

NAEM is happy to support attendee requests for certification maintenance points. To receive credit, contact the certifying organization and ask about their requirements for awarding maintenance points through other organizations' events. Once you've obtained this information, please contact NAEM at (202) 986-6616 to let us know what you need. This may  include pre-submission of the conference agenda, a letter confirming attendance or a submission of approval request forms.

Cancellations/Substitutions

 

Cancellations: To receive a full refund, less a $150 administrative fee, cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by CONDOR Registration Services by September 13, 2013. After September 13, 2013, registration fees are forfeited. Fax cancellation requests to (256) 852-6838.

 

Substitutions: If you are unable to attend the conference but would like to send a colleague in your place, you are able to make a substitution without any change free or penalty. To initiate a substitution please contact Virginia Hoekenga at NAEM (virginia@naem.org).
