Reno Simmons, Services and Solutions Quality Manager; Michelin North America
Reno Simmons, Quality Guarantee for Services and Solutions, Michelin North America, is responsible for the quality of service offers in Michelin North America. For 33 years, Simmons has supported risk management, process development and improvement, and change management tasks. In addition, he has held positions in sales operations in the United States and France, quality, product marketing, supply chain and industry. His entire career has been devoted to facilitating positive changes through process development and software deployment. Simmons is also a retired US Marine and veteran of the Iraqi Conflict. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The Citadel and lives in Greenville, South Carolina where he loves to cook, hike and bike.
